Author & Submission Guidelines

Author Experience

  • Authors should ensure their research aligns with the conference themes and scope.
  • Papers should present original and high-quality research contributions.

Registration Fees

  • At least one author must register for the conference to present the paper.
  • Registration fees must be paid before the final paper submission deadline.

Language

  • All submissions must be in English.
  • Authors should ensure proper grammar and clarity in their writing.

Plagiarism Policy

  • Papers will be checked for plagiarism using standard tools.
  • The similarity index should be below 19%.
  • Any submission exceeding this threshold may be rejected.

Author Attendance & Presentation

  • At least one author must attend and present the paper at the conference.
  • Failure to present may result in paper exclusion from the proceedings.

Publication & Indexing

  • Accepted papers will appear on Google Scholar and other relevant indexing platforms.
  • Authors must follow all formatting and submission requirements to ensure proper indexing.

Submission Guidelines

Paper Formatting

  • Papers must follow the official conference template (available in LaTeX and MS Word).

Abstract and Paper Length

  • Abstract: Max 250 words.
  • Full Paper: Typically 8-10 pages, including references.
  • Additional pages may require an extra fee.

File Size & Format

  • Papers should be submitted in PDF format.
  • File size should not exceed X MB (as specified by the conference).

Review Process

  • The review process follows a single-blind format (reviewers will know the authors’ identities, but authors will not know the reviewers’ identities).
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.

References & Citations

  • References should follow the conference-specified citation format.
  • Ensure proper citation of prior work and avoid self-plagiarism.
